The 5g sachet makes 4.5L-23L works flawlessly — it's the first thing I mention when friends ask about it. Upgraded from cheaper home brewing & winemaking and the difference is night and day. The high alcohol tolerance up to 18% ABV on the Lalvin is in another league.
For the price, the Lalvin is a reasonable choice. The 5x sachets does the job, though it lacks the refinement of pricier home brewing & winemaking.
