Is the Matiz worth it? After a month of daily use, my answer is an easy yes. The gluten free and non-gmo – backed by purity is the standout feature — it performs exactly as advertised and noticeably better than the meat & seafood I replaced. Setup was quick, build quality feels premium, and at around $105 it undercuts comparable meat & seafood at twice the price. If you're comparing options, the Matiz is the one to get.
