This is my second KIND product and the quality is consistent. The each snack bar contains 7g of protein and is is noticeably better than my old one. Arrived fast, well packaged.

I've tried similar health & household from three other brands and this one wins hands down. The peanuts, almonds, peanut butter, and the is the deciding factor. Solid five stars.
